Standard Reservations:

• Full Refund Within 72 Hours: Bookings cancelled within 72 hours of purchase are eligible for a 100% refund, including the service fee.

• Partial Refund Before Check-In: Bookings cancelled after 72 hours of purchase but before check-in are eligible for a 50% refund of the service fee.

Last-Minute Reservations:

• Bookings made within 7 days of check-in are considered last-minute reservations.

• Service fees for last-minute reservations are fully non-refundable, regardless of cancellation.

Hotel / Supplier Fees:

Hotel or travel supplier charges are separate from our service fee and are subject to the hotel’s or supplier’s own cancellation and refund policies.

Next Level Travel by Karen is not responsible for any fees or changes imposed by the hotel or supplier.
